Jennifer Bishop is a figurative painter in Washington, DC who works primarily in oils and mixed media collage. She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and began painting at age 14 under the guidance of Marilu Flores Gruben. She earned a B.F.A in Painting from Cornell University, where she studied with Victor Kord. Her work has been exhibited at the Fraser Gallery, McLean Project for the Arts, Washington National Airport, and the Dennis and Philip Ratner Museum.
